- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or a negative attitude.
- Please inform us in advance of any health conditions, including diabetes or sensitivities, before receiving services.
- Blossom Nail Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings, including gift cards.
- All services are non-refundable. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
- Prices may vary depending on nail length, design complexity, and service time. Please confirm pricing with your technician before services begin.
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit.
- Any damage caused to salon equipment or property during your visit will be the client’s responsibility. If bringing children, please ensure they are supervised at all times.
- We kindly request advance notice for appointment cancellations.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered walk-in and subject to availability.
- Please clearly communicate the services you would like. If you are unsure, our team is happy to assist you.
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify management immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
- Ingrown toenail services are performed only upon client request. Blossom Nail Salon is not responsible for any complications that may arise.
